Supported through a grant award, Indigo Impact developed and implemented the Colorado Career Advising tool that empowered career advising systems across Colorado, aligning student strengths and career seekers with career pathways.

Indigo aligns with My Colorado Journey’s mission by supporting personalized career exploration and pathway mapping through strengths-based assessment insights.
North Carolina Department of Public Instruction
Indigo partnered with NCDPI to co-develop the NC Career Impact Pro Certification, an initiative designed to equip educators with the tools and mindset for human-centered career advising. This program moves career development beyond compliance, empowering educators to create meaningful, student-centered impact that aligns purpose, strengths, and real-world pathways.
