Chances are it wasn't a curriculum, a test score, or a piece of technology that made the difference. It was a person who saw something valuable in you—sometimes before you could see it yourself.
At Indigo, we believe those moments have the power to change lives.
Yet too many of our educational and workforce systems are designed around programs, processes, and outcomes instead of people. Students struggle to see the relevance of what they are learning. Adults feel disconnected from their work. Veterans navigate difficult transitions. Career changers wonder where they belong. At the same time, organizations face growing challenges related to engagement, purpose, and human connection.

Self-awareness is the practice of knowing your intrinsic self and becoming the truest, best version of who you are. We believe every person has unique gifts, strengths, and perspectives that deserve to be seen, valued, and developed. When people understand who they are at their core, they gain the confidence to live with purpose, make meaningful choices, and contribute their genius to the world.
Connection
"Know Your Team"
Connection is the foundation of a meaningful life. It begins with connection to self, and expands outward to others, family, mentors, teams, community, nature, purpose, and something greater than ourselves. Connection creates belonging, opens doors to opportunity, helps us heal and grow, and reminds us that we are part of something larger than our individual journey.

Freedom is the ability to consciously create a life aligned with who you are and what matters most. We believe people are not defined by their circumstances, labels, or past experiences. As a Colorado-based 501 (c3) non-profit, we are committed to creating systems that are more equitable, personalized, and human-centered. More than half of the individuals we serve come from traditionally underserved populations, and we believe every person deserves access to the tools, opportunities, and support needed to discover their potential.
