Classic Indigo: Indigo Basics

This course is designed to be a guide through through the initial steps on the journey to self-awareness. It starts with taking the assessment. Once students have their Indigo report, they can explore the other sections to interpret behaviors, motivators, and soft skills. This course is available to schools with an Indigo program, and may be taken as a self-guided online course for students, as teacher-led activities, or in a textbook format.

Indigo's Level 1 Certification courses equips attendees with the knowledge and tools to guide others in their self-awareness and career journeys using Indigo assessments. Through a three-part workshop series with interactive activities, you’ll learn how to apply key elements like DISC behaviors, Motivators, and career exploration techniques. Designed for teachers, career coaches, and mentors, this course helps unlock individuals’ strengths and support college and career readiness. Completing an introductory Indigo course first is recommended for foundational understanding. Indigo Certification courses may be specific to Classic Indigo, IndigoPathway, or combined, check the course description for details.
