The Indigo Assessment and Dashboard are for education use only.
Indigo’s agreement with our assessment technology provider TTI is that the Classic Indigo Assessment, report and resources can be used for education clients only. This includes educators and students of all ages. We trust our partners to honor this agreement and violations will result in our partnership ending and TTI being notified.

IndigoMe is the shortest version of Indigo Assessment offered. It evaluates DISC and motivators.

Indigo also offers a version of the DISC and Motivators section of the Indigo Assessment re-written at a 5th grade reading level. The XL version of the IndigoMe assessment, called IndigoXL, is the standard assessment for middle school students. It is also possible to create XL versions of the other assessments, but the skills and Hartman/ACI section will be the same as the standard assessment.

Report Pages
The Summary Page includes the DISC Graph, Motivator Graph, Top 5 Skills, Strengths, and Value to a Team. It acts as the cover page to the report.

You may also hear this page referred to as the Title Page, Top Page, Cover Page, or Page 1. In the TTI IDs, it is the “Indigo Summary”.

The IndigoMe and IndigoXL report does not include the Top 5 Skills section.
The About You page is a written description of the person.
​
It may also be referred to as About Me or The Mirror. In the TTI IDS, it is called “General Characteristics Version 2”.
Your Natural and Adapted Behavioral Styles shows the natural and adapted DISC styles. It also gives some examples of people from fiction and real life with each DISC characteristic.

It may also be referred to as Natural and Adapted DISC or Adapted DISC. In the TTI IDS, this page is called “Style Insights Graphs Version 2”.
The DISC Reference Guide gives insight into environment, communication, and job tips for each DISC trait. Many of the tips are applicable both in the classroom and the working world.

In the TTI IDS, this page is called the “DISC Reference Guide”.
The What Motivates You page provides a graphical representation of the motivator scores in relation to the adult population average. It also has definitions of each motivator.

This page may also be referred to as motivator page or motivator graph. In the TTI IDS, this page is called “What Motivates You”.
The Motivator Reference guide includes things to do, activities to try, and major/career ideas that might appeal to each motivator.

The Your Skills page list the skills from top to bottom. The color in the right column indicates confidence in that skill.

In the TTI IDS, this page is called the “Development Indicator Version 2”.

This page includes two sections Do’s: How Other People Should Communicate with You… and Don’ts: …And How Others Should Not Communicate with You.

The Environment and Challenges page includes three sections: Things You May Want From Others, Your Ideal Work Environment, and Some Potential Challenges.

The next page also has three sections, Your Strengths, What Others May Value In You, and Potential Weaknesses With Your Style.

The Possible Degree Matches section is a 1 to 3 page section that lists degrees that may align with that person’s characteristics.

It may also be referred to as Majors, Jobs, Degrees, or Careers. In the TTI IDS, it is called “Indigo Majors”.
Likely Time Wasters is a 1 to 2 page section that lists top potential time wasters, possible causes of the time wasters, and possible solutions to address them.

In the TTI IDS, this page is called the “Likely Time Wasters”.
Report Customization Options
Standard Indigo Assessments do not have a cover page. Instead, there is a summary page with an overview of the results. If you would like a cover page with your company and logo, please provide a template.
Indigo can remove any page(s) from the report, or add the following: driving forces graph, descriptors, study tips, ONET mapped career options (from TTI’s original Excellence for Learning Assessment), dimensional balance page, perceptions (how you show up under stress page), the extended skills pages, and the extended motivators pages.

Which Indigo's standard set-up, participants receive a copy of their report when they complete the assessment and a copy by email. Indigo can also set up the link to send a copy of each report taken to a specified email. It is also possible not to send reports directly to participants.
All reports taken will be available in the TTI IDS and the Indigo Dashboard.
Indigo has standard demographic sets for middle school students, high school students, university students, veterans, and adult. Basic TTI demographics are also available.

Please specify desired demographics when requesting a new link.
With Indigo's standard set-up, participants will be taken to an exit page after they complete the survey where they can download their report.

Participants can be sent to your website or another page if preferred.

IndigoPathway Survey
IndigoPathway is a shorter version of DISC and motivators with an entirely online interface - survey, results, courses, and resources. Results are focused on job searchers and students exploring potential careers.

IndigoPathway is not connected to TTI. You will not be able to use TTI-specific tools with these reports. Use of IndigoPathway is not restricted to use in education.

The Indigo Dashboard
The Indigo Dashboard is where you can access survey results, manage who can access results, and use tools such as Groups and Teaming. You should have received an invite to your dashboard when you signed up with Indigo. The dashboard will contain a master of all your links in one place.

If you are working with a large group or school, we will create a unique dashboard for that organization with their links. You can invite users from the organization to this dashboard with varying levels of access. Please reach out to your Indigo contact at least 72 hours in advance when you need a new dashboard for a school. Reports are updated several times a day and there is a manual update button in the data table of each dashboard.

VAA Note: The Indigo Dashboard is our version of IDS for schools. We never give out IDS access to education customers as we find it does not suit their needs.
Find Someone
Use the Find Someone tile to search by name and pull up an individual’s data.
Teaming
Use Teaming to create teams that are Harmonious, High Performing, Similar DISC, or Similar Motivators.
Groups
View and create rosters for classes, grades, and clubs in the Groups tile, then view groups in the Data Table.
Data Table
The Data Table displays DISC, Motivators, and Skills data. Use the Filter Menu to narrow down results.
Resources
Access Indigo resources using the Resources tile, including tutorials, Indigo books, and activities.
Copy Survey Links
Use the Copy Survey Links tiles to access your custom links. Only active links are listed.
Lists
Use the Lists tile to view lists of students with specific characteristics like Entrepreneurs or Empaths.
User Management
The User Management tile allows staff to add and manage users and permissions.
Standard Programs
This section describes typical agreements between Indigo and VAAs or small independent counselors. Programs are not limited to those listed - please reach out if your needs are different.
Assessments Only
If you are working with students, you can purchase our whitelabel Indigo reports, which have been adapted for students and education. We have our own report version for Talent Insights (IndigoMe), TriMetrixDNA (IndigoMePlus) and TriMetrixHD (Indigo).

Basic Program

Partnership
Work alongside Indigo in implementing Indigo in a school or larger program. In addition to being paid a commission on the closed contract, you would also be paid for the work you do. Terms are fluid and transparent, based on the specific project at hand.

Referral Only
If you are interested in helping Indigo get into schools in your area, but not doing any of the work, Indigo would pay a referral fee/commission on closed business. The percentage of the fee paid is determined by the amount of work Indigo must do to finalize. Terms will be discussed based on each school.
