What does the Indigo Certification involve?
Earn your Indigo Certification through a comprehensive three-workshop series designed to help you confidently and skillfully use Indigo Indicators within your school or organization.
This certification is grounded in Indigo’s Intrinsic Advising Process—a human-centered approach to advising and coaching that starts with a simple but powerful belief: people are already creative, resourceful, and whole.
Rather than telling others who they should become or what path they should choose, the Intrinsic Advising Process equips you to draw out what is already there—helping individuals recognize their strengths, understand what motivates them, and articulate where they feel called to grow.
Across three interactive sessions, you will learn how to:

Interpret and integrate behaviors (DISC), motivators, and strengths in a way that feels affirming and practical
Facilitate coaching conversations that are relational, reflective, and connective, not prescriptive
